Following on from the gastronomic exploration, the new bet on Japanese cuisine gives rise to the restaurant Yuki.

With the introduction of some Asian elements in Kampo and Ákua’s recipes, the next step is naturally Japanese cuisine

– more specifically the concept of izakaya 居酒屋 – stay-drink-place

It is a type of Japanese bar that is appreciated for its casual and comfortable character.
It is based on the culture of sharing a meal, enjoying a drink and seizing the moment.
With several aspects in common with the concept of our restaurants, the izakaya is the ideal imagery for the production of Yuki, whose name also translates to luck.
